Family Ties
 
Jason Durban is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and relocated to Tuscaloosa when his wife was asked to be the Assistant Head Volleyball coach at the University of Alabama. Four years later they moved to Birmingham when his wife Michelle was offered the position as the Head Volleyball Coach at Samford University. She is currently an Assistant Athletic Director for Samford University. Jason Durban knows his real estate and his women. Not only do Jason and Michelle have 2 beautiful daughters, Jason also grew up with his only sibling – you guessed it, a sister! Jason’s father retired from the United Parcel Service and his mother still works as a secretary for a Representative in the Indiana House of Representatives. Jason’s parents inspired him with their strong work ethics and the conviction that he could accomplish anything if he was willing to work hard for it.  
 
Hobbies – behind the scenes
 
Jason’s passions are his family, sports and friends. Most weekends you can find Jason outside with his wife and daughters, either coaching a little league softball team or just hanging out with family and friends. Jason enjoys all outdoor act ivies and has been known to conjure up neighborhood waffle ball game with his daughters and neighborhood children. Jason’s love and skill for baseball landed him a scholarship at Indiana University where his teammates voted him captain for both his Junior and Senior years. Jason is also an avid golfer and enjoys playing a round whenever he gets the opportunity. Jason enjoys coaching children and gets excited every time he sees a child’s face light up with a sense of accomplishment. Jason met his wife, while attending Indiana University. She too is a sports lover and was an All Big Ten volleyball player at the time. Jason has been married to her for 11 years and they live in Hoover, AL.
 
Professional Background
 
After 5 successful years in the flipping business, Jason quickly discovered that not all real estate agents are treated equal. Jason understands the importance of marketing and selling a home quickly and hence delivers exceptional service anticipated from a true professional. Jason attributes his business talents to his credentials as a business owner and his stint has a recruiter for a fortune 500 company. Jason’s love for sports has also played a crucial role in the leadership he conveys to his clients. Jason’s position as a baseball captain taught him what it takes to be a leader, part of a team and how to set and accomplish goals. Jason’s real estate expertise and his ability to work a room make him fun to be around and a natural in his profession!
